New races system!

Now you have to complete several podiums (1st, 2dn or 3rd) on the races in order to get new races with higher difficulty and better prices!

There are 3 branches:

• Popular: 1km race
  
• Amateur: 1km and 2km races
  
• Proffesional: 1km, 2km, and 5km races.

The prizes of the races are tweaked too, its cool to get boosts, but a little normalization has done.

Bugfix:

• Now you cannot use "clicker" mode in mobile devices, some users where using multitap to get more clicks. 
• clicker is fixed and now you need 2 clicks to get 1 step, (as with Left and Right option)
• Severall general code fixations to prevent crashes and data lost.
